On October 19th,the state prime minister LI Keqiang attended the opening ceremony of “the week for entrepreneurship and innovation”. As one of the following activities of “the week for entrepreneurship and innovation”, the Administrative committee of Z-park launched “the platform of entrepreneurship and innovation”, and Iptalent was issued the certified plate of “the data analysis platform of global technology innovation” as Iptalent would be in charge of the construction and maintenance of the data analysis platform of global technology innovation for Z-park.

Z-Park is the short for Zhongguancun Science Park, also known as Zhongguancun Naitonal Innovation Demonstration Zone. Within Chinese government system, the executive level of the Administrative committee of Z-park, as a government agency, is equivalent to vice province or vice national ministry. Z-Park is responsible for implementation of the science and technology development strategy of China.
